Does it finish playing with no sound, or eventually give an error
or just hang?

A pop is progress anyway.

Can you dump the asp registers for me? I have a program
similar to pxaRegs if you need it.

Also, change
#define DAVINCI_PCM_DEBUG 0

to
#define DAVINCI_PCM_DEBUG 1

in davinci-pcm.c

so I can see the log entries.


Sorry, but I don't have an aic33 and I'm clueless as to why it isn't working.
